Terms of Service

The terms for using your Reunified account, Mono, Studio, Links, and the Reunified cloud services.

Reunified is provided by Nikodem Bernat. These terms cover your use of these Reunified services:

  • your Reunified account
  • the Mono, Studio, and Links apps and their cloud services
  • short links on reunified.link
  • the reunified.com website, including public profiles

Contact reunified@reunified.com for support or questions. Your statutory consumer rights remain in effect. Where you get an app from the App Store, Google Play, or the Microsoft Store, that store’s license terms also apply.

Accounts and access

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use only the accounts, files, and services you are authorized to use. You must meet the age requirements described in our Privacy Policy and those of any service you connect. One Reunified account gives you access to every Reunified app, and you are responsible for activity under it.

Mono: AI and local tools

Mono includes generative AI. Outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Review them before relying on them, running generated code, sharing content, or taking consequential actions. AI output does not replace qualified professional advice.

You choose which AI providers, skills, agents, and integrations to enable, and their own terms may apply. Local commands, coding agents, and MCP servers can read or change files and run programs with your user permissions. Review the access they request and keep backups of important work.

Studio: connected platforms and publishing

When you connect a social platform, you authorize Studio to act on your behalf with the permissions you grant: publishing what you schedule, and reading your profile and insights. You remain responsible for what you publish and for following each platform’s terms and rules.

Publishing depends on those platforms. A scheduled post can be delayed or rejected when a platform is unavailable, changes its interface, or revokes access, and we cannot guarantee delivery. Check important posts on the platform itself.

What you publish to your public profile, its feed, or its newsletter is public. If you collect newsletter subscribers, use their email addresses only for the newsletter they subscribed to, and comply with the laws that apply to sending it.

You decide where your short links lead, and you are responsible for their destinations, titles, and rules, and for having the right to point people there. Each counted click on a short link spends credits from the account or team that pays for the link, at the price shown in the app; clicks by bots and link previews are not counted. When that balance runs out, the links pause and visitors see that the link is unavailable until credits are added. We may disable a link that is used for anything the acceptable-use rules below prohibit, and redirects depend on our service being available, so we cannot guarantee that every click reaches its destination.

Teams

A team’s owner and the members it allows control the team: who belongs to it, what each member may do with its identities, apps, and credits, and its subscription and billing. If you manage a team, you are responsible for the people you invite or remove, the permissions you grant, and paying for its subscription and the credits its members and identities spend. If your account uses an email address on a domain a team has verified, that team manages your account as described in our Privacy Policy. Content a team’s identities publish belongs to the team’s use of the services, and the team decides who may change it.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Reunified services to:

  • violate the law or another person’s rights;
  • distribute malware or spam;
  • gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
  • commit fraud, or use short links to disguise phishing, malware, or other deceptive destinations;
  • harass or threaten people;
  • create or distribute child sexual exploitation material;
  • generate or distribute unlawful sexual, violent, or discriminatory content.

Do not bypass security controls, misuse another person’s credentials or private information, or copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the apps except where the law allows it.

Report abuse or inappropriate AI output through an app’s feedback feature or by emailing reunified@reunified.com. Include enough context for us to investigate. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts to address abuse.

Purchases, subscriptions, and credits

The apps are free to download. Some features require a subscription or consume credits, such as publishing posts with Studio and clicks on short links, and some require an account with a separate provider. Teams pay per member for a subscription and share a balance of credits. Review the price and conditions shown before you buy.

  • App Store and Google Play: Purchases are billed and renewed by that store. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings.
  • reunified.com, Mono on Windows, and teams: Credit purchases and team subscriptions use Stripe. Manage a team’s subscription, invoices, and payment method from the team’s billing page.

For incorrect charges or refund requests, contact the store you paid through or reunified@reunified.com. Nothing in these terms removes rights that consumer law gives you.

Your content

You keep your rights in the content you provide, and you are responsible for having permission to use it. You grant us the permissions needed to host, process, transmit, and display it to provide the features you choose. That includes publishing it to the platforms you select and showing it on your public profile. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and how to delete it.

The apps, the Reunified services, and their names and logos belong to us. These terms do not give you rights to them beyond using the services.

Availability and changes to the services

Features depend on your device, your network, the services you connect, and the providers you select, and they can change. We may update or discontinue features, and may limit or suspend access when necessary to address abuse, security incidents, or legal requirements. We will give notice where required.

You can stop using the services at any time and close your account from account settings in any Reunified app. Uninstalling an app does not by itself close your account or cancel subscriptions billed by a store.

Disclaimers and liability

The services are provided as they are and as available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data, profits, or opportunities. This also covers losses caused by connected platforms, AI output, or short links that did not redirect. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes and contact

We will update this page when these terms change, and give notice or ask for your agreement where required. The date above identifies the latest revision. Contact reunified@reunified.com with any questions about these terms or the services.
